Applications for the 2017-18 school year are now available. Applications must be submitted to the Harnett County Partnership for Children office for approval and eligibility determination. **Please provide 2 copies of all original documents (birth certificate, pay stubs, health assessments, shot records or bills you need to keep).  We only need 2 copies of the application (the original and one copy).**

Applications will not be processed until ALL documentation has been received. You will need the following documents for your application to be completed:

      **-vision and hearing screenings are required**

*(two current paystubs, if unemployed, please submit a notarized statement of your unemployment)

** (health assessment must be completed by a physician on the form provide in the application packet and must include hearing and vision screening)

Age Requirements:
Children must be four years old on or before August 31st in the year served. Children who are eligible for kindergarten are not eligible for NC Pre-K.

Income Requirements:
Children in families with annual incomes at or below 75% of the State Medium Income (SMI) level are eligible for NC Pre-K services.

Other criteria include:

  • Children of Eligible Military Families

  • Limited English Proficiency

  • Identified Disability (IEP)

  • Chronic Health Condition(s)

  • Developmental/Educational Need
